Separate the egg yolk into a bowl.
Put the egg white in the kneading bowl with the other liquid ingredients.
Add the salt with the liquids and let it dissolve.
Then add the oat and buckwheat flours and knead.
When it reaches a consistency that can be shaped, add parsley and dill, knead it and shape it by putting cheese in it and place it on the tray.
You can spread egg yolk on it and sprinkle optional nigella seeds.
Bake in a 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
