Madımak

It is a plant with green small leaves that grows spontaneously in nature and is collected one by one by hand by women from the villages of Sivas. 

It is rich in antioxidants and is a natural IRON store.
Madımaks are collected one by one from clean places where there are no animal pastures that are not stepped on, this very laborious work continues with the selection process, after the madımaks are selected, they are washed with plenty of water, chopped with cleavers and dried in the shade.

You can make meals and soups from this madımak.

The madımaks we send are in 150 g packages and are enough for one cooking for a family of about 5 people.
