First of all, it is very fresh for an old kashkaval cheese, that is, in my opinion, it has not been kept for too long. I ordered it this year, trusting that the one I bought last year was perfect, but unfortunately it is not what I wanted. I know that this is not related to the seller, I was recently in Istanbul and we really could not find Kars kashkaval that had been kept for a long time there, that is, it was not on the market, it was available in Thrace, but the taste of Kars kashkaval is completely different.

Kars old cheddar cheese, this special product is obtained from the milk of the unique aroma of cows that give B2 milk from the high altitude pastures of Kars region with more than 1500 kinds of flowers. It is produced by adding natural milk, natural shirden yeast and table salt.
It is a local product with an aroma and taste that people who prefer traditional and natural products cannot give up.
After the production phase is over, it is delivered to your tables by maturing (fermenting) in cold storage for 9 to 12 months.
