350 g dry bread kadayıf
1.5 liters of water
1 kilo of sugar + 1 tea glass

First of all, we soak the kadayıf with 1.5 liters of warm water and then drain the excess water.

For the syrup
Let's take a tea glass of sugar in a saucepan. Let's wait until it becomes caramel. Then add 1.5 liters of hot water. Add 1 kg of sugar and boil for 2 minutes. Let's pour one ladle, one ladle of syrup on the bread kadayif. Let the bottom of the stove be low. Let's turn it over and pour the remaining syrup from the edges again with a spoon.
