Organic Siyez Bulgur for Pilaf

SİYEZ BULGUR SALAD RECIPE:
Boil the Siyez bulgur until soft by adding enough water to cover it.
Drain the boiled siyez bulgur and let it cool. Chop the capia peppers, red onion and gherkin pickles into small cubes.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into 4 pieces.
Put all these ingredients and the siyez bulgur in a mixing bowl.
Make a sauce with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, turmeric and mix the ingredients in a mixing bowl and serve
