SİYEZ FLOUR PASTRY INGREDIENTS:

• 1 tea glass yogurt
• 1/2 (half) tea glass Beyorganic olive oil
• 2 tablespoons of butter at room temperature
• 1 egg inside and 1 egg yolk on top
• 1/2 (half) coffee cup Beyorganic apple cider vinegar
• 5 tea glass Beyorganic siyez flour
• 1 packet of baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• Cheese, dill or parsley of your choice

HOW TO MAKE SİYEZ FLOUR PASTRY:

Mix all the ingredients and knead.

Let it rest for 30 minutes.

We take walnut-sized pieces from the dough and close them by adding the open filling with our hands.

We roll it with our hands, spread egg yolk on it and place it on a greased or greased tray and bake it in a preheated 180 degree oven until it turns golden brown.
