Ezine cow cheese is produced in the Ezine and Bayramiç districts of Çanakkale, the land of cheese in Turkey. White cheese production is very old in the Ezine and Bayramiç regions of Çanakkale. For this reason, even cheese masters are usually from Çanakkale because they are trained with the master-apprentice mentality. And they are sent to various regions of Turkey as masters. And we make this delicious product in Ezine, the capital of cheese. We obtain our milk from cows fed naturally in open pastures. The milk is brought to the enterprise by refrigerated vehicles, before being taken into the enterprise, it is cleaned by passing through the filtration unit running 4000 revolutions per minute.
After this process, the milk is taken into the enterprise, pasteurized, fermented with natural shirden yeast and produced without adding any other additives and left to ripen (fermentation) in cold storage.

ATTENTION!!! Do not store Ezine cheese in the freezer, it can stay in the refrigerator as long as the vacuum is not opened, after the vacuum is opened, it should be kept in the refrigerator in airtight containers!!!
