Concentrated fish oil (40%), sweeteners (xylitol, sorbitol), water, gelling agent (bovine gelatin), acidity regulator (trisodium citrate), antioxidant (malic acid), natural flavors (orange, lemon), cholecalciferol (0.016%), natural colorants (beta-carotene).

Total omega-3 fatty acids 378 mg
of which:
- DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 270.9 mg
- EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 59.5 mg
Other omega-3 fatty acids 47.6 mg
Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) (200 IU) 5 mcg

Usage

Unless otherwise advised by your doctor/health professional, take 1-2 chewable capsules daily.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
